Linger in the infinity pool or stroll in the shaded and mature grounds along the 350m riverside. House staff are standing by.

This luxury villa in Chiang Mai has extensive gardens and 3 unique homes which can be rented as one private complex or as individual self contained units. The property has been built with love by the owner to accommodate family and entertain friends. The complex sleeps 26 – 38 guests and offers a luxurious experience for those who seek privacy and natural harmony.
Full services are offered including poolside BBQ and at home massage treatments. The Chiang Mai villa is fully staffed and a private chef and/or driver can be arranged if required (at nominal extra cost). Chiang Mai is the hotspot in Thailand for world class fine dining and more activities than you will have time for.
Events can be catered for but the prices shown below are for normal use only.

The Lakeside Villa has jaw dropping views across rice fields to the sacred mountain of Doi Suthep. The Villa is over 1,000m2 of covered space. 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 150M2 great room, 3 kitchens, 2 bars, 5 dining areas, cinema, fitness studio, multiple covered outdoor areas, 18m x 10m mineral water pool Sleeps 12 plus 13 on sofabeds, sofas and floor mattresses = 25
The Garden House has a view of the lake and gardens. It is a modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom compact bungalow. Full kitchen and dining areas

The Riverside House has views across the ricefields to the sacred mountain of Doi Suthep. Built on the side of a gurgling river and close to a weir. It is built in traditional Lanna style entirely from a 150 year old rice barn.
It is perfect for entertaining and events with a large ground floor that seats 12 – 20 people and a highstool bar which seats 8. There is a full kitchen, a shower and a WC. One bedroom upstairs is blissfully open air and can sleep a family in comfort on Japanese style bedding. The upstairs bedroom is currently being used to store film props and is not available for short lets.
